Trainer - Health & Welfare (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing...
As a trainer in the Health & Welfare Department, you have the opportunity to make a big impact on the department's ability to meet performance standards and achieve goals. You do this by ensuring that the team is trained effectively and efficiently, while also making sure the department documentation is maintained at the levels necessary so others can perform quality, accurate work.
- Create, deliver and maintain interactive and engaging training programs
- Nurture the diverse and varying adult learning styles
- Assess trainee progress towards subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain department documents and training materials
- Responsible for generating management reports for training projects to assess effectiveness
- Perform tasks related to production and staff support
- Travel to company sites to deliver training sessions
- Other related duties including special projects and trainer development
*This position works on-site 3 days per week and can be based in Seattle, Mountlake Terrace or Federal Way, WA office locations.
Who you are...
- Experienced. Medical/dental/vision claims processing and/or training experience required
- Educated. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Communicator. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Tech Savvy. Proficient in MS Office suite of tools including PowerPoint and OneNote
- Organized. Strong organizational and time management skills
- Traveler. Available to travel, by air, frequently requiring overnight stays
