What you'll be doing...
As a data entry clerk for the pension accounting department, you will be:
- Review daily bank files to ensure deposits and reporting information are accurate.
- Research and resolve bank rejects caused by missing or incomplete employer reporting forms.
- Update and maintain participant records
- Communicate professionally with participants and employer contacts
- Answer department telephone calls and take messages as needed.
