Paralegal - Estate Planning & Probate

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Paralegal with experience in estate planning and probate to join our team. If you're looking for a meaningful role in a collaborative transactional law firm—where your skills will be valued and your legal expertise will make a real impact—this opportunity is for you.

In this position, you’ll contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional legal services, ensuring documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and clients are supported throughout the legal process.

 

Some things you’ll do in this role:

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters
• Coordinate and manage critical deadlines
• Prepare and file probate and estate planning documents with relevant courts and agencies
• Use Clio (our case management system) to track case progress and manage documentation
• Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding items for active legal matters
• Contribute to improving legal workflows and internal processes

 

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

• Have 1+ year of experience in estate planning or probate
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone
• Are highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable with legal practice management software (Clio experience is a plus)
• Enjoy making a positive impact in clients’ lives through thoughtful legal support

 

Helpful (but Not Required):

• Experience with title, settlement, or mortgage services
• Background in office administration or client-facing legal work
• Notary public or paralegal certification
