Location: Lancaster and Athens, Ohio
Job Type: Full-time – travel required
If you're looking for a meaningful career, you might find it at Northwest. We're seeking a Client Services Specialist who brings warmth, professionalism, and relationship-building instincts to every interaction — representing our team at the closing table and in the community.
NOTE: This role requires at least one year of experience in external sales, customer service, or the Real Estate Title industry. This is a client-facing role.
What you'll own

- Closing excellence: perform notary closings — both in-office and on location — with precision, professionalism, and a focus on exceptional experience for all parties. At least 50% of your time will be dedicated to conducting notary closings.
- Document management: prepare, organize, execute, and ship closing packages with strict attention to accuracy and completeness.
- CRM ownership: diligently maintain and update the customer relationship management system to track client activity, communication, and follow-up.
- Community presence: represent Northwest at industry events, on social media, and through networking activities that build goodwill and name recognition in your market.
- Team collaboration: partner closely with Closing Services teams to create a multi-layered client relationship that reflects Northwest's values at every touchpoint.

- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the region as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms
You'll thrive here if you
- Genuinely enjoy building relationships and earning long-term trust
- Take ownership of the client experience from first contact through closing
