We are looking for a Project Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role you will manage the daily aspects of multiple interdependent projects including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources. The Project Manager will coordinate timely project completion overseeing project teams and managing tasks, schedules and resources through the project lifecycle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in program strategy and execution within the business domain.
  • Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for improvements.
  • Plan and manage multiple parallel projects/programs with concise feedback and communication to all stakeholders.
  • Use communications effectively to inform and influence your intended audiences. Proactively network with relevant stakeholders to advocate for the needs and success of your program.
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
  • Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
  • Track, analyze and make recommendations on budget spend for projects. Own metrics to define and support ROI for client initiatives and partnerships.
  • Management of client proprietary tools and leverage data insights to ensure clean and accurate transfer of data.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication.

  • Be the primary point of contact for regional area asks related to Digital Attach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders on best partners to implement Digital Attach via “Partner Pipeline”. 
  • Pitch Digital Attach to retail partners as we develop our sales funnel of new partners onboarding into this initiative.
  • Be the liaison between sales, operations, supply chain, tech, e to initiate a streamlined RoB for partner onboarding. 
  • Consolidate learnings to enhance Digital Attach process, manage a live workflow stream, and continuously initiate growth opportunities. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent practical experience - MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or equivalent role managing independent or cross functional projects – Experience working in or adjacent to Marketing or Sales Field teams a huge plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects and growth initiatives.
  • Experience with managing, leading, and supporting robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 5+ years working with payment processors, payment integration, recurring billing programs, e-commerce teams, digital licenses, and/or telcos.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Project and Process management skills.
  • Outstanding, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful or ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have a strong customer focus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of PM software a plus. 

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Brazil: $15,000 – $20,000 BRL gross/month. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

Location: Remote in Brazil – Candidate must be willing to work US Pacific Time hours.
