In This Role
As a Regional Business Operations Analyst, you will support the delivery of industry solutions and enable customer success by orchestrating business rhythms, reviewing data, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions. This role provides high visibility into leadership forums, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic initiatives, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking to expand their impact and grow into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support business rhythms such as weekly delivery health reviews, monthly business reviews, and leadership forums.

Prepare content for meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of materials.

Review and validate data in Excel and PowerBI, investigate gaps, and collaborate with content owners to ensure accuracy.

Lead reporting enhancements and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Handle ad hoc requests, including escalations and strategic initiatives, occasionally presenting insights to leadership.

Support internal communications, culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, onboarding), and contribute to annual budget and strategy execution processes.

Build trust and collaboration across regions, enabling fact-based decision-making for leaders.
Required Qualifications
-
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business management, program coordination, or operations within a regional or global context.

Hard Skills:
-
5+ years supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes.
-
5+ years reviewing and analyzing data in Excel and PowerBI, preferably with finance-related experience.

5+ years working directly with stakeholders to manage business operations.

Skills & Attributes:

Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.

Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Capable of strategic thinking and consultative engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Exposure to cross-regional or global operations.

Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and influence leadership decision-making.

Familiarity with internal communications strategies and organizational health initiatives.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $23 to $25 USD/hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
