Program Manager - Supply Chain

- Support supply chain (procurement and fulfillment) initiatives related to spares availability and lifecycle management.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, developers, and cross‑functional business teams to define and execute solutions.
- Lead and participate in design discussions, solution reviews, and testing cycles.
- Gather detailed requirements from supply chain, logistics, sourcing, planning, and data governance teams.
- Create business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, functional specs, and project plans.
- Build and maintain presentations, test scripts, and other project-related documentation.
- Track and manage RAID logs and success measures for all assigned projects.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business scenarios and technical requirements.
- Validate system changes and partner with engineering for defect resolution.
- Partner with supply chain, engineering, analytics, logistics, data governance, and sourcing organizations.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Supply chain system implementation experience
- Order management, logistics, fulfillment, and/or distribution system rollouts.
- Technical project or program management experience
- Working closely with engineering teams, developers, and IT.
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Writing business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and project plans.
- ERP and enterprise system experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or comparable platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without heavy direction.
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, ADO, and SAP.
- No technical or system‑related project management experience.
- Purely business process backgrounds with zero system implementation exposure.
- No supply chain project experience.
- Candidates seeking temporary gap roles rather than long‑term PM career paths.
- SAP ERP knowledge (especially in procurement, inventory, or logistics modules).
- System testing or QA/UAT leadership experience.
- Supplier onboarding experience.
- Trade compliance or trade operations experience within supply chain environments.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $100,000-$105,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
