In This Role

As a Device Concierge Sales Specialist, you will own a portfolio of commercial and high-potential SMB customers, with responsibility for driving revenue growth through proactive telesales engagement, account management, pipeline generation, and end-to-end sales execution. You will serve as a trusted sales advisor for assigned customers, managing relationships, identifying opportunities, creating demand, and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.

This role combines consultative selling, outbound prospecting, inbound opportunity management, customer relationship development, and sales operations to deliver consistent revenue growth and an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless sales execution, provide high-touch support for strategic opportunities, and improve customer adoption of technology solutions. The role also contributes to scalable sales initiatives, including AI-enabled selling strategies, automation capabilities, and process improvements to increase sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Own Customer Revenue & Portfolio Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and small-to-medium business customer accounts.
  • Protect existing revenue while identifying opportunities for expansion, retention, and new customer acquisition.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth through proactive account management and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and improve productivity.

Drive End-to-End Deal Execution

  • Manage sales opportunities through the full lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Conduct customer conversations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to communicate value.
  • Qualify customer needs, identify buying triggers, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to remove sales obstacles and accelerate deal closure.
  • Provide high-touch concierge support for strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities.

Generate & Manage Sales Pipeline

  • Execute outbound telesales campaigns to identify, engage, and develop qualified sales opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads and partner-generated opportunities to maximize conversion.
  • Identify opportunities within inactive, underpenetrated, or existing customer accounts.
  • Perform prospect research, follow up on leads, and maintain consistent customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Achieve sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.

Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the sales process.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support customer needs and sales execution.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and coordination across sales, operations, and support teams.
  • Align engagement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Deliver Sales Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and provide insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Support scalable telesales programs, automation initiatives, and AI-driven selling capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Share feedback and recommendations to enhance sales playbooks, programs, and customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales execution, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience with responsibility for customer relationships and revenue growth.
  • 5+ years of pipeline generation, lead management, and sales opportunity management experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and performance targets.
  • Experience selling technology products, services, or solutions in a commercial or SMB environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology sales, hardware sales, device sales, or solution-based selling environments.
  • Experience supporting SMB, mid-market, or commercial customer segments.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success executing outbound sales campaigns and territory growth strategies.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies and customer value-based selling.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools, automation platforms, and modern sales engagement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use reporting and data insights to improve sales performance.

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $15.00-18.50 USD/HR. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
