In this role

You will help drive growth across a portfolio of channel and partner accounts by enabling partner sellers, improving pipeline coverage, supporting deal execution, and turning sales data into actionable opportunities. You will work closely with partner sales teams to identify high-propensity accounts, route and manage leads, strengthen sales motions, and ensure opportunities progress with clear ownership and next steps.

You will serve as a key connector between internal stakeholders, partner organizations, distribution teams, and sales leadership. Your work will include developing account targeting strategies, inspecting pipeline health, supporting strategic opportunities, delivering seller enablement, and helping execute emerging initiatives around AI-enabled devices and digital sales. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, organization, communication, and the ability to influence outcomes through others.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of channel and partner accounts by developing partner-sourced pipeline and improving sales execution.
  • Build and maintain targeted account lists based on sales propensity, account history, refresh cycles, competitive activity, and attach opportunities.
  • Route sales leads to the appropriate partner sellers with relevant account context, recommended next steps, and clear ownership.
  • Monitor lead progression and follow up on aging or inactive opportunities to ensure timely action and closed-loop reporting.
  • Review partner pipeline against goals, identify gaps, assess conversion and aging, and establish clear actions for improvement.
  • Enable partner sellers through sales plays, call guides, competitive positioning, pricing guidance, objection handling, onboarding, and certification activities.
  • Support partner-owned opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including internal approvals, escalations, special pricing requests, and strategic deal support.
  • Develop reporting and business intelligence that translates sales data into actionable targeting, coverage, and pipeline recommendations.
  • Analyze partner and account coverage to identify gaps, overlap, lapsed accounts, and opportunities for improved seller allocation.
  • Coordinate across sales, partner, distribution, and internal stakeholder groups to remove obstacles and maintain momentum on strategic opportunities.
  • Support incentive and partner programs and help execute strategic initiatives involving AI-enabled sales motions and device positioning.
  • Contribute to digital merchandising and e-commerce initiatives that improve product visibility and partner selling effectiveness.
  • Establish repeatable operational processes, business rhythms, and reporting mechanisms that improve sales execution and scalability.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership and stakeholders on revenue performance, pipeline coverage, lead follow-up, account coverage, and seller enablement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, sales operations, account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Experience managing or influencing sales pipeline, account coverage, lead management, or revenue-generating activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with sales professionals and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented manner while operating effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial devices, IT hardware, technology products, or related B2B technology sales.
  • Experience driving revenue through partner sellers rather than exclusively through direct customer relationships.
  • Experience with partner programs, deal registration, special pricing, incentives, reseller agreements, or distribution models.
  • Experience building account targeting, propensity models, coverage plans, or prioritized sales lists.
  • Experience with partner seller enablement, onboarding, certification, sales training, or sales-play development.
  • Experience supporting competitive displacement, device refresh cycles, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience with digital merchandising, e-commerce, or partner storefront optimization.
  • Experience supporting emerging AI-related sales initiatives, AI-enabled devices, or technology positioning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and sales-management tools, reporting platforms, and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience developing KPI reporting and business rhythms for sales or partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
  • Experience working with globally distributed or geographically diverse partner organizations.

Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
