You understand how lenders buy, how they evaluate credit risk infrastructure, and how to build the trust necessary to become a strategic partner at the highest levels of a lending institution. You will be equally responsible for setting and executing functional strategy as you are for building and retaining world-class talent. The right candidate brings deep enterprise financial services sales expertise, particularly with top banks and large lending institutions, paired with the operational rigor to build a scalable, high-performance sales function.

  • Identify and close near-term expansion and upsell opportunities within the existing book of business, demonstrating early commercial impact across your portfolio
  • Establish individual development plans for each direct report, with clarity on growth trajectory and performance expectations
  • Begin building the external relationships at the C-suite and senior executive level that will define Nova Credit’s lending partnerships for the next several years

  • Establish Nova Credit as a strategic partner of choice among top banks and lenders, as a core partner in their credit risk and growth strategy
  • Develop and institutionalize best practices for the full lending customer lifecycle
  • Serve as Nova Credit’s senior voice of the lending customer, advocating for product investments and roadmap priorities that deepen our competitive position in the market
  • Contribute meaningfully to Nova Credit’s company strategy and product roadmap as a member of the leadership team, representing the Lending business unit

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
