We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Designer with sharp creative instincts and killer design skills to help craft engaging content across a range of formats. From digital ads and email campaigns to social posts and landing pages, you’ll be making work that’s not just beautiful—it converts.

šŸ’” What You’ll Do:

  • Design digital ads and iterations across multiple platforms
  • Develop visually compelling email assets that drive engagement
  • Build eye-catching social graphics, GIFs, and short-form visuals
  • Help design and optimize landing pages with strong UX and visual flow
  • Collaborate on brand and campaign visuals that align with business goals
  • Maintain and evolve our visual style, keeping things cohesive—but never boring
  • Bring new creative ideas to the table—then bring them to life

ā˜‘ļø What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

  • 2-4 years of design experience 
  • A solid portfolio showcasing digital design, especially marketing content
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and motion
  • A knack for designing within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Proficiency in Figma and Framer
  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote teams

  • Salary
    • The overall salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set for this role is $73,000 - $105,000.
    • We utilize more specific location-based pay scales. For more information, please inquire during the interview process.
    • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
