JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in the strategic support of our clients, many of whom handle the execution of their campaigns internally. You will bring a high level of technical contribution by managing the setup of automation flows, optimizing them, and proposing advanced strategies. Your expertise will also be needed to conduct opportunity audits, challenge content, propose effective A/B tests, and improve campaign performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and optimize complex marketing automation sequences (email and SMS) on Klaviyo and other platforms, ensuring seamless integration with clients' systems;
- Collaborate with client teams to advise them on best practices in marketing automation while guiding them in executing successful campaigns;
- Challenge existing content and recommend A/B testing strategies to maximize engagement and conversions;
- Monitor campaign KPIs and suggest optimizations based on detailed data analysis;
- Regularly demonstrate the results of our campaigns and actions to clients, identifying new opportunities;
- Ensure campaign compliance with current regulations (e.g., Law 25 in Quebec) regarding consent management and data protection;
- Proactively work with clients' internal teams to ensure strategies are well-executed and achieve their objectives;
- Plan and complete work within budget parameters and according to scheduled timelines.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced mastery of Klaviyo and other automation tools, with the ability to configure complex workflows and oversee technical system integration;
- Strong skills in developing email marketing strategies, with expertise in content optimization and creating A/B tests;
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify concrete areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation, with significant experience in technical campaign setup and strategic consulting;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Proactive and meticulous;
- Ability to challenge client teams and collaborate to improve performance.
