• 3+ years of experience in engineering, previous experience with venture-backed startups and knowledge of sports markets are a plus
• Oversee management of martech stack to include MMP, retargeting tool, referral and affiliate programs
• Design and implement comprehensive dashboards to visualize KPI’s across all marketing channels 
• Analyze marketing data to identify top-performing channels, partners and strategies
• Utilize predictive analytics to forecast campaign outcomes and improve targeting strategies, focusing on metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
• Own website tracking and data analysis via Google Analytics and GTM
• Work with the marketing team to design and execute strategic initiatives that increase conversion rates and revenue
• Establish best practices for data management and reporting within the marketing team, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations 
• Partner with other teams such as engineering, trading, UI/UX, product and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing technologies across the business
• Tech stack: TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgresQL, Apache Kafka
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field 

Reporting to the CMO.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
