Head of Product

San Francisco, California

About Noyo

The benefits ecosystem is foundational to the health and financial security of millions, yet the technology that powers it is often fragmented, complex, and decades old. This creates massive inefficiencies for the insurance companies, brokerages, and software providers who manage this critical part of our economy.

At Noyo, we are building the modern infrastructure for a new era of benefits. We provide the AI-powered tools and software infrastructure that allow our partners—from legacy insurance carriers to the newest ben-admin startups—to modernize their businesses, operate with speed, and offer seamless experiences to their customers. If you are passionate about using technology to solve complex, real-world problems with massive impact, Noyo is the place for you.

We believe the best ideas shine through when we’re together. Headquartered in San Francisco, we balance the energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility to support work-life integration. This role will work onsite in our office.

About the Role

As Noyo’s Head of Product, you will be the driving force behind our product vision, strategy, and execution.

We are looking for a product leader who loves the craft of building and wants to be hands-on in creating 0-to-1 products that will be core to our company's future. You recognize the significance of this pivotal moment in technology, and have a strong point of view on how to effectively bring the full power of AI to employee benefits.

Noyo’s powerful infrastructure layer is built to handle the most complicated elements of benefits data exchange. Now, we are building intuitive applications that will sit on top of that infrastructure to expand our reach and help us stand out as a technology leader.

You will be building a growing portfolio of products to serve our strong base of enterprise customers while adding new product lines and opening up distribution channels. In doing so, you will not only lead our product and design organization – coaching and mentoring a high-caliber team – but work closely with our commercial and service teams to chart the course through the next phase of Noyo’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and champion the overall product vision and strategy for Noyo, aligning it with the company's broader business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives for Noyo's products, clearly articulating the rationale and expected impact of each.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating new product opportunities for Noyo, especially those leveraging cutting-edge AI/LLM for accurate data transformation and operational automation.
  • Lead the pricing and packaging strategies for Noyo's products, optimizing for market fit and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven product leader and builder: You have significant experience leading product teams, but you have never lost your passion for the craft of building. You have a track record of shipping successful and impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on with AI: You have a demonstrable, hands-on passion for AI, with specific emphasis on transforming complex, structured data with high accuracy and automating intricate operational processes. You should be able to walk us through personal projects or prototypes you've built with AI.
  • A strong product thinker: You have thoughtful, informed opinions on how AI is changing product management and forcing a rethink of traditional UX design patterns.
  • Hands-on people leader: Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing product teams. You find joy in coaching your team, but you also contribute directly to product artifacts, strategy documents, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Commercially-minded: You have demonstrated experience working closely with commercial teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to bring products to market and achieve business goals.
  • Play to win: You are driven by a desire to build the best possible product. You see the potential in our market and are hungry to create something of lasting value. You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a relentless focus on delivering customer value and business outcomes for Noyo.
  • An exceptional communicator: You can crisply articulate a complex vision to any audience, from engineers to customers to board members.

Nice to haves

  • Experience in HR tech, benefits, or a related B2B SaaS domain.
  • Experience building products on top of a complex infrastructure or API layer (e.g., Fintech, developer tools, Plaid, Stripe).
  • Experience in a venture-backed, early-stage startup environment.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
