Product Manager

In this pivotal role, you will actively shape the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity, directly influencing products that protect critical infrastructure and IoT ecosystems worldwide, potentially safeguarding millions of devices and users. You will combine your skills and creativity to drive innovative cybersecurity initiatives that leverage the latest technologies, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and market trends. Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, you will continuously enhance the user experience by actively engaging with users to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed their expectations. You are passionate about solving customer problems through innovative solutions and effective communication. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on cybersecurity B2B products. You possess a product mindset that emphasizes user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and iterative improvement. You are committed to both using and continuously enhancing the products you help build, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs. In this role, you will:

  • Embrace a culture of trust through transparency and integrity, relentless perseverance, passion, frugality, teamwork with individual accountability, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Nozomi Networks’ goals, translating market insights into actionable roadmaps. 
  • Engage deeply with customers and partners to identify needs, gather requirements, and drive product innovations that address real-world challenges. 
  • Foster seamless cooperation between engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to project industry trends and maintain Nozomi Networks' competitive edge. 
  • Manage all aspects of an enterprise-grade B2B product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring timely and successful releases. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support pre-sales efforts and develop compelling product messaging. 
  • Leverage your hands-on product experience to continuously refine and improve product usability and functionality. 
  • Lead training initiatives for internal teams, partners, and customers on product value and features. 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, preferable with enterprise-grade B2B products. 
  • Strong background in usability and user experience (UX) design, with the ability to enhance product accessibility, ease of use, and overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Strong ability to work closely and effectively with internal and external teams to achieve product goals. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Fluent in agile and scrum practices with a strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making. 
  • Understanding of, and the ability to project market directions, helping to shape and drive the product strategy. 
  • Experience in OT or IoT cybersecurity 
  • Knowledge of wireless spectrum technologies, protocols and security 
  • Familiarity with specialised market segments (e.g., Medical, Building Management, Railway or other IoT markets) 
  • Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $125,000 - $192,148. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
