Sr. Sales Operations Analyst Contractor

Nozomi is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst who thrives in a fast paced environment. This role will provide the Sales organization with reliable and high-quality operational support. In addition to enhancing and supporting Sales tools, this person will provide analytics, and work with stakeholders across the organization in order to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process revenue orders by reviewing all terms and conditions, quote approvals and configuration to meet clean booking order criteria.
  • Manage the day-to-day level one Field sales support and administration of Salesforce.com for CRM, Kugamon for CPQ, and other related Sales platforms
  • Develop customized features and solutions using the Salesforce toolset, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc.
  • Monitor Clari for forecasting accuracy and work as a sales advisor with reps to ensure deals meet revenue, ACV and financial expectations.
  • Drive Sales projects and system enhancements with an emphasis on streamlining the end-to-end Sales process
  • Design, build, and maintain Sales reports and dashboards
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the Sales process
  • Provide the field teams with set-up and training on Sales platforms and Sales processes
  • Document Sales processes and workflows and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure high data integrity across Sales platforms

Critical skills

  • Salesforce.com Cases, Assets/Install base/ Orders and Reporting with mastery of navigation is required.
  • Experience using a CPQ system (Kugamon ideal)
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to handle concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight timelines
  • Acute attention to detail, process oriented mindset, and customer centric can-do attitude
  • Strong initiative and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision

Experience requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business oriented field
  • 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience in Sales Operations
  • Proven experience driving projects through completion
