Senior Sales Operations Program Manager

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales Operations department is hiring a Sales Operations Program Manager to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global sales organization. In this key role, you will oversee tools, data, and revenue-focused programs to enhance decision-making and streamline operations. As the driving force behind the scenes, you’ll ensure CRM and sales processes run smoothly, allowing our sales team to focus on closing deals and driving growth. This role also leads multiple related projects aligned with IT transformation initiatives and customer-focused asset and install base programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify areas where reps are losing time or deals are stalling and develop actionable solutions. Program Roadmap Development: Define and manage a roadmap for ongoing sales operations initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Ensure CRM systems and other sales tools are correctly utilized, updated regularly, and support financial reporting. Scalability & Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine processes to support company growth and new market expansion.
  • Process revenue orders, reviewing all terms, conditions, and quote approvals to ensure clean bookings.
  • Administer and support Salesforce CRM, Kugamon CPQ, and other related sales tools.
  • Lead sales projects and system enhancements to streamline the end-to-end sales process.
  • Design, implement, and maintain sales programs to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve team efficiency.
  • Train and support field teams on sales platforms and processes to drive adoption.
  • Maintain high data integrity across all sales systems and reports.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (Cases, Assets, Orders, Reporting).
  • Experience with CPQ systems (Kugamon preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales operations.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of revenue operations best practices.
  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field
  • 12 -15 years of strong experience in Sales Operations
  • Proven experience driving projects and sales programs through completion

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $155,322 to $183,185. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
