Marketing Programs Manager

Overview:

As our Marketing Programs Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our integrated marketing programs. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll own the end-to-end execution of our marketing strategy across multiple channels (web initiatives, digital campaigns, social,  events, email marketing and automation systems) while building scalable processes that support our growth. 

As the sole program manager in the organization, you'll shape the future of our marketing operations and make a significant impact on our business. This is an in-office role (3+ days a week in office) based in New York City, reporting to the VP, Marketing. 

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Program Management

  • Develop and own the integrated marketing program roadmap aligned with company objectives and KPIs
  • Design, implement, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaign frameworks and processes
  • Lead quarterly program planning and resource allocation in partnership with the VP of Marketing
  • Create measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across marketing operations
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between marketing strategy and tactical execution

Campaign & Channel Orchestration

  • Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Build and launch sophisticated email marketing programs using our marketing automation tools
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and manage approval workflows across stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and resource efficiency
  • Manage the social media strategy, content calendar, and channel growth initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of webinars and events, including strategy, logistics, promotion, and follow-up

Cross-functional Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead the relationship with our web development agency, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless program execution
  • Partner with the design lead to drive the website roadmap and content strategy
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to maximize marketing budget efficiency
  • Present program results and insights to leadership team and stakeholders

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Develop advanced segmentation strategies and optimize audience targeting
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels and deliver actionable insights to improve results
  • Create standardized reporting dashboards to track marketing program effectiveness
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance marketing capabilities
  • Document best practices and create playbooks for marketing program execution

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in program management
  • Proven track record of independently managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Experience building scalable marketing processes and operations
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Braze)
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distinguish high-quality content and messaging
  • Deep understanding of effective B2B copywriting principles and brand voice consistency
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical approach with the ability to derive insights from marketing data
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in an autonomous environment

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience building and managing a marketing tech stack
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and advanced analytics
  • Background in agile methodologies or formal project management certification
  • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, web analytics, and digital experience optimization
  • Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom, On24, or Livestorm
  • Experience with marketing resource management or workflow tools (Asana, Wrike, Notion)

Compensation:

  • $125,000-$145,000 annually plus options
