Job Description:

NTT Data Digital Strategy & Advisory Banking is a division dedicated to delivering strategic and transformative projects for financial entities. Our mission is to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, organizational agility, and talent management through innovative solutions.

We are seeking a Consulting Manager - Banking Division to work alongside top-tier financial entities, helping shape and execute their transformation strategies while ensuring maximum value and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Guide financial entities to design and implement transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee project delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for client relations, providing seamless communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Team Development: Mentor high-performing professionals, ensuring collaboration and continuous improvement across projects.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to the growth of the division by creating new service offerings, drafting proposals, and shaping commercial strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of management consulting experience within financial entities.
    • Expertise in strategy, organization, project management, and finance functions is highly valuable.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proven experience in data transformation initiatives within financial entities, including data reporting, visualization, and exploitation.
    • Deep understanding of data modeling, collection, and analysis within banking domains such as Risks, Front Office, Finance, and Regulatory.
    • Knowledge of banking processes and trends, including Open Banking and Data-driven Banking.
    • Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, and Process Mining.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Spanish desirable). Additional language skills are a plus.
