NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a strong Quality Assurance Leader to work with our global client in Boston, MA, or Orange, CT to improve quality standards and customer satisfaction on a long-term initiative. This role will require a hybrid presence at our client site.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Develop, manage, and execute manual, automated, and performance/stress testing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Implement and optimize testing methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with automation and continuous integration tools.
- Utilize testing tools including:
- Web: Cypress, Jenkins, Gherkin, Cucumber, BDD, CI/CD pipelines.
- Mobile: BrowserStack, Kotlin, Java-based automation, Appium.
- Oversee testing operations for microservices, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Maintain the integrity of testing environments while continuously improving processes and systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to align testing outcomes with business requirements.
- Lead teams, mentor team members, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Plan and execute testing procedures in high-stress scenarios, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Responsibilities:
- US-based location: Preference for candidates in Connecticut (CT) or Massachusetts (MA), or willingness to relocate.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven expertise in manual, automated, and performance/stress testing within web and mobile environments.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including automation and CI/CD processes.
- Extensive experience with testing tools like Cypress, Jenkins, BrowserStack, Appium, and more.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, client management, and collaboration under high-pressure conditions.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technology landscapes.
