NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Head of ERP Solutions to work with our global client in the U.S. for a hybrid position in Washington, D.C.

 

Overview:

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of ERP Solutions to lead the ERP Solutions Foundation, with a focus on SAP transformation initiatives. This executive-level role will drive business growth, delivery excellence, and team leadership across a rapidly expanding portfolio, including a high-impact engagement with Suzuki.

The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to scale enterprise solutions across global delivery models. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on client outcomes, internal operations, and market positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ERP Solutions Foundation, ensuring alignment with regional goals and client needs.
  2. Business Development & Growth:
    Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic alliances with SAP and ecosystem partners.
  3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
    Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering long-term partnerships.
  4. P&L Ownership:
    Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability, budget adherence, and sustainable operations.
  5. Team Leadership & Talent Development:
    Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with regional delivery units and other NTT DATA practices (CRM, AI, Business Strategy) to drive integrated transformation programs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP program leadership or executive roles, ideally within consulting or system integrator environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, Ariba, etc.
  • Proven leadership in managing geographically distributed teams across global delivery models.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing a business unit or practice with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills.
  • English required; Spanish language skills preferred.

 

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Certifications are not mandatory but a strong understanding of SAP delivery frameworks is essential.
