NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a CPG Client Manager to work in New York City or St. Louis, MO (2-3 days onsite) with our global client.
Responsibilities:
- Join an exciting opportunity to lead and expand a strategic account with a global leader in the Bottle and Brewing segment of the CPG industry.
- Responsible for growing the account, including activities that cover Business Development, Delivery and People.
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for growing the account.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, and strategic alliances with other ecosystem partners.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for the customer, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee financial performance of the account ensuring profitability, budget adherence, and sustainable business operations.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in CPG leadership or executive roles, within large scale consulting firms or the CPG space.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams.
- Proven success managing global delivery models across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated track record in growing and managing a business unit or practice with P&L responsibility.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
Nice-to-Have:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
