NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for an Executive Director, CPG (Bottle and Brewing) to work with our global client New York City or St. Louis, MO.
Overview:
NTT DATA is seeking a strategic Executive Director who will be responsible for leading and expanding a strategic account with a global leader in the Bottle and Brewing segment of the CPG Industry, selling and delivering NTT DATA solutions and services.
Role Highlights:
- Strategic Leadership: You’ll define and execute the bottle and brewing strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the team delivers consistent.
- Client-Centric Growth: Build long-term relationships with culturally diverse clients across the US and Latin.
- Sales & Delivery Ownership: Lead both the sales cycle and delivery execution—this is a dual-impact role with full.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sector Heads to position NTT DATA’s
- Operational Oversight: From budgeting to forecasting, you’ll manage the nuts and bolts that keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overarching account strategy, aligning with broader CPG market trends and client priorities. Foster innovation and ensure the team consistently delivers high-impact value across business development, delivery, and talent.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, strategic alliances, an cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for the customer, cultivating long-term partnerships built on delivery excellence, strategic insight, and cultural sensitivity.
- Champion continuous evolution of offerings, introducing innovative solutions that expand the firm’s value proposition and directly support the client’s growth, efficiency, and consumer engagement goals.
- Oversee financial performance of the account ensuring profitability, budget adherence, and sustainable business operations.
- Ensure delivery excellence, maintaining high standards across all engagements. Manage tight timelines and complex deliverables with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to the client. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across delivery and advisory
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a senior-level role with demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and client engagement.
- 5+ years in bottle and brewing industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Ability to integrate consulting expertise with business strategy to develop compelling sales and marketing plans.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, decision-makers, C-suite executives, and industry influencers across diverse sectors.
- Proven ability to initiate, cultivate, and lead multiple strategic partnerships that expand market reach and enhance service offerings.
- Strong presentation capabilities with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable operating within a complex, multi-layered matrix organization, adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs and internal dynamics.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural experience and business fluency across the U.S. and Latin American markets.
