NTT Data is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support and enhance tolling and transportation systems. This role serves as a key liaison between IT operations and business stakeholders, ensuring system integrity, performance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and experience in managing complex applications and data flows.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT-related issues and concerns.
  • Report on services and operations to clients and lead daily meetings to support decision-making.
  • Monitor traffic flow, toll calculations, and data processing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for operational monitoring and executive insights using Power BI, SQL, and MongoDB.
  • Manage user access and roles in compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Supervise Central Tolling Systems and their interfaces with DOT, printing providers, collection agencies, and courts.
  • Ensure smooth data flow across system modules and effective performance of toll collection systems.
  • Coordinate activities among stakeholders to implement changes and fixes.
  • Define and promote test cases and acceptance criteria for tolling applications.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to automate regression testing using Zephyr.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for toll operators and customer service teams.
  • Maintain documentation in Jira-Confluence, including technical and functional requirements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide functional guidance.
  • Review system performance under real-world conditions to support release approvals.
  • Promote best practices in Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Release, and Business Continuity Management.
  • Analyze application issues to prevent financial and legal impacts.
  • Measure service levels and monitor SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Identify and quantify potential revenue loss due to service disruptions.
  • Support audits and provide documentation for compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Application Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with:
    • Azure Cloud, Azure Monitoring, Data Lake queries.
    • Dynamics 365 for system analysis and testing.
    • Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data management.
    • Core JAVA, .NET, Angular, and software development concepts.
    • Power BI for system performance monitoring.
    • Basic SQL scripting for data analysis and reporting.
    • Ensuring batch processes execute correctly within systems.
