NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Junior Analyst to work onsite at San José Costa Rica. 

Responsibilities

Support project managers (Origination and Supervision Projects) throughout Latin  America, specifically in:


• Review, analyze and enter the financial statements in the internal systems according to the periodicity corresponding to each project.
• Assist in creating a standard financial analysis and implement it with bank clients.
• Support portfolio and origination officers following up on issues related to risk systems, financial spreading and other tools used.
• Support special requests from portfolio an origination officers related to financial spreading and/or internal risk systems.
• Keep the assigned project portfolio updated and in order.
• Assist in the creation and testing of new financial and risk tools that are implemented in the team or the organization.
• Support activities within the team related to the strategy implementation.
• Work hand in hand with other specialties within the team to keep the projects in the portfolio up to date in accordance with the requirements of the organization.
• Support in the search for constant continuous improvement in the assigned projects, as well as in other areas within the team.

Requirements

• Attending their last university year or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related area.
• At least one year of relevant experience in middle and back office of financial institutions processing or administering transactions related to project finance, 
corporates, financial institutions, trade and supply chain finance, international guarantees and letters of credit issuances, or similar transactions.
• Intermediate English and fluent Spanish, both orally and written. Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Attention to detail (essential).
• Client oriented: Identifying and being responsive to the needs of our clients, anticipating their needs and prioritizing clients’ satisfaction.
• Ability and desire to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to innovate and propose solutions.
• Microsoft Office intermediate or higher level.
• Strong planning and organization skills, good communication, customer service and timely management of different simultaneous tasks.
• Willingness to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and cover emergencies 
during non-ordinary hours or holidays (with the corresponding extra payment).
