Client Solutions Specialist - East Coast

The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of client-facing solutions, directly impacting client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role encompasses understanding in pre-sales strategy, solution customization, project management, and client relationship management. With a strong focus on both client needs and operational efficiency, this position acts as a strategic partner to clients and a key driver in scaling implementation success. 
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Solution Design
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions based on client requirements.
- Create and present solution proposals and roadmaps that address the client’s business challenges and objectives.

Project Management:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for client implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness throughout the implementation phase.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks or gaps in the implementation process and develop strategies to streamline workflows.
- Establish best practices and standards for client solutions and implementation to improve service quality.

Post-Implementation Support:
- Ensure a smooth handover to support or account management teams.
- Gather feedback post-implementation to enhance future client onboarding and service improvements.


Qualifications:

- Must be located on the east coast with a preference to the Boston area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification may be a plus.
- Experience: 8-10+ years in client solutions, project management, or implementation roles, ideally within a device, biotech, technology or complex solutions industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Able to translate client needs into effective solutions and troubleshoot complex project issues.
- Experience with process optimization, implementing KPIs, and utilizing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant industry products, devices, or software solutions.
- Proven experience conducting product demonstrations, providing technical consultations, and collaborating with sales teams in a pre-sales environment.
- Familiarity with the use of CRM systems, sales software, and technical support tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value propositions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time, depending on client and project needs.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk.
- The employee is regularly required to lift and/or move materials or equipment up to 25 lbs. 
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or touch objects, tools or controls. 
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


This position will be remote, with the expectation of up to 50 – 75% travel.
