About the team
The FP&A team belongs to the Finance Area. We aim to drive Nubank's growth sustainably and efficiently by defining, forecasting and analyzing key financial indicators in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The challenge includes the execution of the financial modeling and tracking routines (strategic planning, budgeting, closing) built in a solid knowledge in Finance and outstanding relationship with our stakeholders.

As a FP&A Efficiency Senior Analyst, you're expected to:
- Be the business partner from a financial perspective for costs and expenses management, working hand in hand with different teams (including squads in Brazil and Colombia) to create a cost strategy aligned with Nu Mexico's business objectives.
- Build short, medium and long-term forecasts that result in an accurate view of financial perspectives and propose adjustments in case of deviations against the strategic objectives.
- Align with stakeholders in Nu Mexico tu understand and explain deviations in expenses (modeling done by global Efficiency)
- Identify savings opportunities, design action plans and track savings
- Work with People and culture, the local CFO and Talent Acquisition to create the annual headcount plan.
We are looking for Senior Analyst who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, among others
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar job position
- Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proven experience and proficiency in financial modeling; accounting knowledge of concepts such as accrual, provisions, amortization, among others
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Successfully managed diverse and complex stakeholders

Role Location
Mexico City, Mexico.
Our Nu Way of Working
