About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and lead the evolution of our leadership development programs. You will be responsible for reviewing our existing portfolio of leadership development products, ensuring consistent metrics, and driving the transition towards a more digital and engaging learning experience.
What you will do:
- Content Development and Innovation: Develop engaging and impactful learning content, including online courses, simulations, and interactive exercises. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to create innovative and disruptive programs for adult learning, staying ahead of trends and constantly challenging the team with new formats.
- Continuous improvement of L&D portfolio: work in partnership with the L&D Product Manager (PM) to translate into action the opportunities and improvements mapped into L&D Portfolio related to training & development innovation towards our unified learning vision.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and implement robust metrics to track the effectiveness of leadership development programs, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement cracking and innovating how learning solutions impact business metrics.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of a digital learning strategy for leadership development, leveraging innovative technologies using at maximum internal LMS partnering with L&D platform team.
- Classroom Facilitation: Lead and facilitate classroom-based leadership development programs, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, HR, and other L&D professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the program's effectiveness.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership development.
- Solid communication skills: clear, concise and structured.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs.
- Expertise in cutting-edge learning content, technologies and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for developing leaders and driving organizational growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- People management skills would be a plus.
- Previous experience with tech environments (EdTech or other techs) would be a plus.
