About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-driven professional to play a key role in the successful implementation of our onboarding and to contribute to our long-term view of offering a personalized experience to all newcomers. This role will work closely with various P&C departments to design, implement, and manage the rollout of a fundamentally different way to onboard people.
As a Learning and Development Specialist you'll be expected to:
- Review and manage Culture HR products
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within culture products
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement new products that support our EVP narrative and the living practice of our values
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with POps BA and Designers across the BU, and also various stakeholders and P&C departments, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Ops, REWS and Performance Management, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the implementation and portfolio roadmap
We are looking for a Learning and Development who has:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in similar positions
- Advanced English skills
- Proven experience dealing with change management
- Product sense/ mindset
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Solid communication skills: clear, concise, and structured.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in HR Culture teams would be a plus
