Product Operations at Nubank

This role is part of the Product team at Nubank and requires business acumen, being comfortable with ambiguity, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing processes through data exploration, raising improvements and points of concern that may impact business performance and ensuring smooth running of operations with management of different stakeholders;
  • Being responsible for effectively communicating, aligning and engaging people from inside and outside your team. You will build bridges between different areas of the company;
  • Actively contribute to defining, monitoring, prioritising and communicating your team's strategy and objectives;
  • Create strategies for developing and improving products and services;
  • Define, structure and lead improvement projects within the business unit; 
  • Leading processes to define team/business unit objectives and targets; 
  • Define and implement tools and processes to track and give visibility to key KPIs;
  • Monitoring and improving the performance of operations.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Good written and oral communication with all levels of the company, from executives to Customer Support, in all areas in Portuguese and English;
  • Participated in complex and critical projects from start to finish, involving different topics and variables, from business regulations, legal, financial or product;
  • Analytical background: must be comfortable manipulating data to make decisions and diving deep into technical details when necessary;
  • Good organisation and planning skills, comfortable leading a project involving a multidisciplinary group;
  • Interested in participating in the execution of processes and projects.
