Media Team Overview
The media team is responsible for leading Nu Mexico’s full funnel media strategy, tactical execution, and continuous optimization, ensuring the right channel mix for each business objective and communication goal. Our focus is on driving measurable impact through data driven decision making, creativity, and agile performance tracking across branding and acquisition efforts.
As Media Senior Analyst you're expected to:
- Own the execution and optimization of media channels (Meta & TikTok, etc.) within the paid media mix, ensuring alignment with acquisition goals and business growth targets.
- Follow up and execute media plans, balancing conversion with budget efficiency.
- Lead end to end campaign execution and management, including performance monitoring, optimal budget allocation.
- Continuously test and iterate to drive incremental value and reduce acquisition costs.
- Deliver in depth performance reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance, trends and growth opportunities.
- Analyze audience behavior and customer journeys to identify areas for targeting improvement and segmentation refinement.
- Partner with analytics teams to uncover cross-channel attribution insights, 1st,2nd,3rd party data usage, and advance measurement frameworks.
- Leverage tools and dashboards to track results, KPIs, and impact on business outcomes in real time.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams in creative briefing and feedback to ensure assets are optimized for platform and objective.
- Provide recommendations that improve the effectiveness of advertising efforts, identifying strengths, gaps and actionable optimizations.
We're looking for a Media Senior Analyst who has:
- 5 years of experience with paid media campaigns with proven impact on performance goals.
- Strong expertise with digital platforms (Meta & Tiktok) operations is mandatory, including creative optimization, media buying, budget allocation and audience strategy.
- Experience in media planning and reporting, with focus on campaign performance, pacing and optimization.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
