About the role

As a Product Manager for the Cloud Network team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy for Nubank’s cloud connectivity platform.

The Cloud Network team is part of the Cloud Infrastructure Business Area within the Foundation Business Unit, and plays a critical role in enabling Nubank’s scalability, reliability, and security across its cloud environments — primarily AWS, but not limited to it.

This role is important because network connectivity is a foundational capability for Nubank’s products and services. Your work directly impacts the performance, resilience, security, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, supporting multiple engineering teams and business initiatives across the company.

You will own the product strategy and execution for Cloud Network, ensuring the team is focused on the right problems, aligned with business priorities, and delivering sustainable, scalable solutions.

You'll be responsible for

  • Owning the product vision and strategy for Cloud Network, ensuring alignment with Nubank’s long-term infrastructure and business goals

  • Translating business needs and technical challenges into a clear product roadmap, balancing scalability, security, efficiency, and delivery speed

  • Working closely with Cloud Network engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and make informed product decisions

  • Leading small to medium-sized initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and rollout

  • Coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders, including Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Platform teams, and other internal customers

  • Prioritizing initiatives based on impact, risk, and effort, while managing trade-offs transparently

  • Identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to network architecture, delivery timelines, and operational stability

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment

Required experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working closely with engineering teams on technical or platform products

  • Experience building and evolving product vision and strategy for internal-facing or infrastructure products

  • Strong product sense, with the ability to identify high-impact problems and define clear outcomes

  • Hands-on experience with project execution, including planning, coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation

  • Solid stakeholder management skills, navigating complex environments and aligning multiple teams with different priorities

  • Excellent communication and influence, able to explain technical concepts at the right level for different audiences
