This position will be responsible for the maintenance and operations of Mexico and Colombia site
Main responsibilities
- Leading facilities management provider, ensuring the execution of contracts and providers for services including maintenance , parking, cleaning, catering, travel, logistics, reception, utilities, waste management, etc.
- Ensure all processes are executed in a consistent & standardized manner. Assure optimal functioning of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, etc.)
- Collaborates with function line teams (Project, IT, Security, Safety) who are responsible for different projects and programs delivery.
- Identify, develop and lead initiatives to drive process improvement, cost reduction, efficiency, and ESG initiative
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA for the services provided;
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Development of annual expense budgets, in addition to budget management, with analysis and reporting.
- Evaluate technical scope within contracts and proposals, control execution, monitor KPIs and SLAs, benchmark with what is generally done in the market.
- Support in crisis management, contingencies and emergency plans.
- Gather feedback and data to continuously improve space usability, comfort, and employee satisfaction.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree (Engineering, Architecture, Business or other similar courses)
- 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management with experience in workplace and facilities management with a focus on employee experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
