You'll be responsible for
You will be responsible for conduct risk matters in countries where Nubank may expand its operations, including:
- Conduct risk assessment for new markets within the scope of Conduct Risks.
- Participate in and lead expansion projects focused on ethics and integrity.
- Manage and act on issues related to Conduct Risks.
- Ensure compliance with international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Ensure compliance with related party regulations.
- Collaborate with other areas (Legal, HR, etc.) as needed to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Contribute to the improvement of Conduct Risk management processes and methodologies.
- Document processes and findings in detail and accurately.
- Prepare reports in accordance with Conduct Risk governance.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Robust knowledge of national and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
- Experience in expansion projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of conduct risks management regulations and market frameworks.
- Critical thinking, questioning attitude and rigorous evidence evaluation to ensure thorough, unbiased analysis and risk assessments.
- Demonstrates a strong preventive risk mindset, actively anticipating potential conduct risk issues and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong sense of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
- English language in Advanced | Fluent level.
Desirable:
- Relevant certifications on Ethics and/or Anti-Corruption.
- Project Management Certification
