About the Role
The Fixed Income Sales professional is responsible for building and maintaining strong institutional relationships, developing tailored fixed-income distribution strategies, and generating new business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of fixed-income markets and excellent analytical and communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional partnerships.
- Develop distribution strategies of fixed-income products, including CDBs, LCAs, LCIs, LFs, CRIs, CRAs, and Debentures.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to provide the best products of the market.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the trading desk and other internal departments to ensure seamless distribution and product campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver institutional presentations and regular market updates.
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of sales operational procedures.
- Liaise with counterparties and other internal departments to resolve trade-related issues.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on FI Distribution activities.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, preferably in a fixed income distribution environment.
- Relationships with institutional partnerships.
- Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, including CDBs, LCAs, LCIs, LFs, CRIs, CRAs, Debentures.
- Dominance of financial mathematics, spreadsheet construction and maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or two weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
