Account Manager - Enterprise B2B

About the role
The Nubank B2B team is fundamental to scaling Nu's B2B products and services, such as NuPay (proprietary payment solution) and Marketplace (distribution of products and services to the customer base).
This position has a direct impact on the growth of Nubank's Enterprise business, being responsible for closing and managing strategic partnerships that generate mutual growth and shape the future of e-commerce and online payments in Brazil. The main objective is to ensure that NuPay becomes a must-have product for partners, through the complete management of the merchant portfolio.

The main objective is to ensure that NuPay becomes a must-have product for partners, through the complete management of the merchant portfolio.
You'll be responsible for
- Partnership Ownership: Having complete responsibility for the NuPay merchant portfolio, from creating new business opportunities with key companies to product development and adoption.
- Strategy and Adoption: Creating and executing strategic plans to ensure the adoption of NuPay, making it essential for partners.
- Relationship Management (Trusted Advisor): Acting as a trusted advisor and product expert, maintaining a close and recurring interface with partners' c-levels and directors to identify new business opportunities and enhance the value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and General Managers) to influence implementation evolutions, adoption of new features, and the construction of joint business plans.
- Support and Communication: Supporting the organization of meetings, the preparation of presentation materials (including performance analysis and insights), and ensuring that communication between partners and the internal team is clear and transparent.
- Brand Building: Being an active agent in forming the NuPay brand in the market, exploring new avenues of action in payment methods.

Required Experiences:
- Concrete and relevant experience in developing partnerships and managing B2B enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical profile, capable of supporting arguments and decisions based on data, translating performance data and insights into objective and clear messages and presentations.
- Experience in working with and leading/influencing multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Business Analytics, Marketing, CS, etc.) on time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Differentiators
- 360-Degree View: Ability to identify commercial performance development levers, combined with a deep understanding of the product infrastructure to influence evolutions.
- Previous experience in the payments market, digital solutions, and/or financial technology (fintech) is a plus.
- Experience in managing relationships aiming to identify new business opportunities and enhance the value proposition.
- Availability for in-person meetings with clients and partners in São Paulo, when necessary.
