About the role
The Creative Operations is part of the Creative Marketing job family and their main attribution is to guarantee a well-done operation and process for communication projects, such as marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, publishing efforts, among others, at Nu.
By applying the right methods, skills, and experience through project management, this position is the owner to achieve completed projects that meet agreed-upon timeframes, budgets, and desired quality, with efficiency and productivity.
This role is responsible for a successful way of working, execution, and governance of communication initiatives, continuous process improvement, and end-to-end project management, empowering the team to deliver on its goals and staying connected with all cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
This role's key deliverables include:
- Manage simultaneous communication initiatives from the start to the complete delivery;
- Planning and implementing operational processes, ensuring efficient use of resources;
- Defining project scopes, objectives, and writing briefs to ensure the clarity of each job;
- Developing detailed plans and organizing communication jobs;
- Assembling and coordinating with cross-functional teams and third partners;
- Taking ownership of managing budgets and timelines;
- Using strategic thinking to contribute actively and collaborate with the team in all phases of work;
- Constantly monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary;
- Guarantee completed projects within budget and on time;
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards;
- Serve as the primary point of contact about the operation, responding to day-to-day communications, progress and status to stakeholders;
- Aligning expectations throughout the project, avoiding any potential risks and providing clear communication;
- Preparing high-quality work presentations with a strong ability to communicate processes and ideas;
- Managing risk, anticipating potential needs and problem-solving;
- Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and partners.
