About the Role
We are looking for someone to join the team with a focus on impactful product campaigns within an AON structure. A copywriter who enjoys building films, translating product into compelling narratives, and bringing clarity and creativity to performance-driven communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as a high-level Self-Leader, taking full ownership of projects with minimal managerial support. You are expected to challenge and inspire your peers (Motion, Design, Strategy) to deliver their best work, fostering a culture of innovation and maintaining a "critical eye" on every piece of content the Hub produces.
- Translate technical product features into clear, persuasive, and creative communication that drives business results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Media, and Marketing teams to design multi-format ecosystems.
- Mastermind the end-to-end creation of concept-led films and video content
- Lead the creative development of Always-On (AON) campaigns and "out-of-the-box" projects.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience with Always-On (AON) campaigns, with a strong focus on product-driven communication.
- Strong scriptwriting skills — someone who enjoys crafting films and developing ideas rooted in product benefits.
- Experience with creative, out-of-the-box projects that generate conversation, buzz, and social content.
- Intermediate English level
- Strategic thinking, recognizing that campaigns are multi-format ecosystems, and actively contributes to shaping communication strategy.
- Deeply customer-centric, with a proven ability to synthesize market research into actionable creative opportunities and solutions for consumer pain points.
Location & Work Model
- This position is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Hybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week, on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration
