About the team

We are searching for an Investment Product Specialist to work in the Investment Business Unit within Nubank, which aims to disrupt the investment market in Brazil, offering the best investment products to retail clients.

The Investment Product Specialist is responsible for the development and maintenance of the investment funds platform, offering the best products of the market within their strategy type.

You will be responsible for

• Building a robust platform investment funds tailored to retail and high-income clients.
• Evaluate and select the best fund types in the industry based on target audience.
• Identify and ensure compliance with key regulations affecting fund offerings and platform operations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure necessary licenses and permits.
• Work along with the squads to implement the systems to support platform operations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence using industry-standard tools, documentation, and evaluation procedures.
• Draft and negotiate distribution contracts addressing all regulatory, legal, operational, and commercial considerations.

We are looking for a person who has

• Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 years working with Investments
• Clear, concise, and objective communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the investment funds industry and its regulation.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and influencing.
• Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Teamwork: Effective team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
• Python and VBA are highly desirable.

Work Model for this Role
