Role Overview

We have a unique opportunity to support our Digital Strategy Team. We are looking for a business transformation consultant who is ready to tackle innovative projects and problem statements in the Nuclear Industry. As part of the Digital Strategy Team, you will be assisting clients in defining their digital vision, assessing current capabilities, and developing actionable roadmaps that drive enterprise-wide transformation.  You will help both existing and new nuclear facilities modernize through strategic planning, process optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies. This role is best suited for quick learners and excellent communicators who are passionate about technology and innovation.   

This role operates on a hybrid work model; visits to our offices and client sites will be required. 

Salary Range: $120-150k (Exact compensation may vary). 

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and/or develop an understanding of Digital Strategy and Information Management standards and frameworks (ex. ISO 19650, CFIHOS, etc.) 
  • Maintain and develop an understanding of Digital Twin technologies and capabilities in, and their applications within the nuclear industry. 
  • Engage with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and transformation drivers.  
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to shape the digital transformation vision and strategy. 
  • Developed tailored roadmaps, operating models, and business cases to guide execution. 
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify faps and opportunities for improvement 
  • Support the alignment of digital tools (e.g. ERP, EAM, BIM, CDE, PLM) with business objectives 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across engineering, IT, Operations, and Construction 
  • Communicate complex concepts in clear, business-relevant terms to stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying opportunities for digital strategy enhancements or improvements. 
  • Support the NPX team in developing digital strategy solutions to meet the unique needs and constraints of individual clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulations. (i.e., information management, digital twin, etc.). 
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, articles, or conference presentations, showcasing the innovative approaches and successes in digital strategy within the nuclear industry. 

What you bring to the table?

  • You are a quick learner and are excited about the deployment of digital tools and technologies for the nuclear industry. Continuous learning is very important for our team as many of these technologies and frameworks are new to the nuclear industry. 
  • Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • University Degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.  
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or enterprise transformation. 
  • Knowledge of relevant software tools, data analytics platforms, and emerging technologies used in digital strategy implementation within nuclear environments. 
  • Familiarity with information management principles, ISO 19650, CFIHOS, and other relevant digital strategy frameworks and an understanding of Digital Twin capability is beneficial. 
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving industry standards, technological advancements, and client requirements. 
  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry, clients, operations, and maintenance is an asset. 
  • PMP or Scrum Master Certification is beneficial. 
  • Prosci or other Change Management certification is beneficial. 
  • TOGAF, BCS, or Enterprise Architecture certification is beneficial. 
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
