  • Own the migration of our AI application from Lovable to production-ready tech stack to enable the platform to scale across multiple clients in the nuclear industry.
  • Drive the implementation of new features and integrations to enhance the application’s capabilities.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts to solve complex technical challenges and improve application performance.
  • Proactively identify and improve code quality, system performance, and scalability to make the platform more reliable and maintainable.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans, ensuring the platform continues to support safer, faster, and more cost-effective nuclear operations.

✨ What You Bring

  • Results & Impact: you deliver measurable outcomes and business value.
  • Leadership & Influence: you elevate team performance and create influence without being asked.
  • Adaptability & Growth: you thrive in dynamic environments and embody a growth mindset.

🌿 What You’ll Find Here

To do great work, you need to be well in mind, body, and soul. At NPX, we design our environment around the whole person, not just the job they do.

  • 🧠 Mind: Tools and support for mental wellness, professional growth, and financial security.
  • šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Body: Health coverage, a spending account, and the freedom to rest and recharge.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
