Nucleus Global is seeking an Account Director to join our medical communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior MedComms professional. The ideal candidate brings confidence, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach. They also enjoy being on site with clients and travelling as part of a varied role.

You'll take ownership of complex Medical Affairs programmes, acting as a senior client partner while leading our teams to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned work. As an integral part of our team, you will oversee client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery in alignment with their strategic goals. This role offers flexibility with options for Manchester, London, UK remote, or hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of medical affairs projects.
  • Oversee project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business development initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
