Numerix is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to play the crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and follows Quote to Cash operating procedures. Our ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate deal preparation, pricing and contract management for our complex sales transactions, contributing to Numerix’s overall success and operational efficiency. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize deal desk workflows and approval processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure deals progress smoothly through the various stages of the sales process. 
  • Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, professional services, cloud operations, finance, and legal teams following up on key deliverables to ensure efficient and effective deal execution. 
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue operation leaders to conduct aggregate deal level (licensing and any professional services) P/L analysis. 
  • Maintain operational metrics and reporting for Deal Desk.
  • Assist the sales team with non-standard deal structures and pricing. 
  • Track sales data to ensure SFDC data is updated and reflecting accurate deal progress and approvals.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 8+ years of global experience in sales operations, revenue operation, finance, or related field. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales teams on deal structuring, pricing exceptions, discount approvals, and non-standard terms. Drive consistency and compliance with pricing and contract policies. 
  • Proven track record in sales strategy development, process optimization, and team leadership. 
  • Experience with complex financial services software, Enterprise FinTech SaaS preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other SaaS-focused CRM platforms, preferably with CPQ functionality. 
  • Strong ability to analyze financial SaaS metrics like ARR, MRR, churn rate, cloud compute costs and customer lifetime value. 
  • Document and communicate process changes. Lead adoption efforts across teams and track the success of new initiatives or tools. 
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for the sales team and other internal team members on sales processes. 
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 


Where You’ll Work:

This is a hybrid role for the successful candidate who resides within a commutable distance from midtown Manhattan, NYC (our new headquarters is located near the Grand Central Terminal).  You will be required to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.
