Head of Global Sales Enablement

We’re seeking a visionary, AI-driven Head of Global Sales Enablement to empower our worldwide enterprise sales team and accelerate Numerix’s growth on a global scale. This critical position will harness the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize sales processes, optimize performance, and deliver enablement initiatives that drive breakthrough results across every continent where Numerix operates. What You’ll Do: 

  • Design and implement enablement strategies, powered by AI and data analytics, to align with and accelerate global enterprise sales objectives and aggressive growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, HR) across international offices to deliver intelligent, adaptive content, training, and communications tailored for diverse markets.
  • Build and continuously evolve onboarding and learning paths for Account Executives and Sales Engineers worldwide, integrating AI-driven insights to personalize development and maximize talent potential.
  • Establish and manage a dynamic global repository for sales resources, playbooks, and competitive intelligence, leveraging AI for rapid search, recommendation, and content optimization.
  • Analyze sales performance data at scale, use AI and machine learning to identify knowledge gaps, predict success drivers, and continuously refine enablement programs for maximum impact.
  • Organize and facilitate global sales kickoffs, interactive learning sessions, and best practice exchanges, uniting teams across regions and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Lead the selection, rollout, and optimization of advanced sales tools and technologies (CRM, AI-powered LMS, analytics platforms, etc.)
  • Act as a global liaison between sales leadership and teams, collecting feedback from around the world and driving an accountability culture that supports Numerix’s rapid scaling and market leadership.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or global enterprise sales.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to transform sales effectiveness and enablement at scale.
  • Deep understanding of complex, international enterprise sales cycles, methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams and cultural contexts.
  • Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), AI-enabled learning solutions, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Track record of driving high-impact change, enabling rapid business growth, and championing a coaching culture worldwide.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling global environment.

Where You’ll Work: 

  • Your reach and influence will span all global offices, making it a linchpin for company-wide success and expansion. Our preference is to have this role as an in-office position at Numerix’s New York City headquarters – mid-town Manhattan. Alternatively, we will consider an in-office position in our recently expanded London EMEA regional center.
