
Product Adoption Specialist

As a Product Adoption Specialist, you will drive and execute adoption strategies, deliver comprehensive training, and lead user‑education initiatives to ensure successful utilization of Numerix’s Pricing and Risk solutions across APAC. This position is reporting into Head of Customer Success APAC, as one of the core team members in the region. You will work closely with client segments including—but not limited to—Banks, Securities Firms, Insurance Companies, Investment Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Servicers, and other Financial Institutions. In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams to continually strengthen client adoption across Numerix’s product portfolio. This position combines client‑facing responsibilities with deep post‑implementation engagement. What You'll Do:
- Provide training and promote product adoption across Numerix’s suite of products among APAC clients.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend optimal workflows utilizing Numerix products or services, tailored to integrated or standalone analytics solutions.
- Prepare scalable training materials, compose and forge relevant content, training series tailored towards specific user journeys, business workflows on customer end and most optimal market practices.
- Monitor the client adoption metrics based on use cases, and internally report the progress over time.
- Collaborate as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Professional Service, and Product) to ensure optimal product usage and drive product enhancements.
- Collect intelligence relevant for customer growth and expansion.
- Provide first-line customer training and adoption advice to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention of Numerix products.
- Transfer knowledge and client intelligence to enhance customer support and product capability.
- Continuously deepen personal knowledge of the financial domain through self / assisted studies.
Measures Of Success:
- Client usage and adoption metrics.
- Net Revenue Retention of existing clients across a broad range of products.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics etc.) or comparable education.
- Communication Skills: Excellent business writing and communication skills to create and deliver training materials, to audiences from C-level to end-users.
- Good understanding of derivative pricing, risk management, financial modeling, financial mathematics, and quantitative/engineering related research.
- Basic understanding of treasury system architecture and cross-system data integration. Essential knowledge of SaaS and cloud technology.
- 2+ years of experience with exposure to derivatives in financial institutions, or any related fintech company, with broad understanding of front to middle office operations.
- Prior hands-on training experience including content creation and physical delivery conducted in a leading capacity.
- Ability to hold business/technical conversations in English.
- Empathic communicator being the voice of the customer internally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build effective relationships with customers and collaboratively across functions.
Extra Credit:
- Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics etc.).
- AWS Cloud Certification.
- Ability to hold business/technical conversations in Mandarin / Cantonese.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
Where You’ll Work:
This role will be based out of the Taipei office [4] days a week, unless travelling. Travel (up to 30%) to customer locations and/or other APAC office locations might be required.
