Who You Are: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and drive the commercial success of our TikTok shop. This is a new and exciting opportunity to manage and grow our TikTok ecommerce presence. 

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.       
     

What You're Good At:

  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and acquire new TikTok followers/customers
  • Collaborating with partnership and social teams to bring on influencers to promote and sell products through the TikTok shop
  • Working directly with the ad team for advertising campaigns, target audiences and measure ROI
  • Overseeing merchandising, promotions, product listing health and inventory planning for the TikTok shop storefront to maximize sales
  • Staying up-to-date on TikTok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing reports on growth, engagement and sales
  • Building annual goals, growth projections, marketing needs & inventory forecasts to fuel the growth on TikTok Shop
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, finance and operations teams

What You Contribute: 

  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce, social commerce or related field 
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and paid social strategies
  • Analytics skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for social media and emerging digital technologies
  • Passion for fitness & sports nutrition world
