Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Senior Manager of Supply Chain for EMEA, you will be responsible for leading a team overseeing our European operations including but not limited to: supporting customer demand plans for international customers and distributors, planning production and submitting purchase orders with co-manufacturers, managing Nutrabolt’s EU 3PL, organizing necessary logistics, and being the primary supply chain point of contact for our UK and EU business. 

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Providing overall strategic direction to the Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Service groups in the areas of business’ strategy, operating plan and medium-term objectives
  • Supporting collaborative corporate demand forecast and gains management alignment utilizing the S&OP process. Leading the international S&OP process and coordinates across the organization to drive an accurate forecast and supply plan to support the forecast
  • Managing the Master Schedule for Nutrabolt’s internationally based manufacturers and partners, while holding them accountable to standards on fill rate, on time delivery, and quality
  • Monitoring inventory to meet or surpass customer service and financial objectives set forth by Management.  Assuring proper safety stocks, lead times and re-order points
  • Identifying and assessing the impact of changing customer requirements including changes to their supply chain structures, promotional plans and / or inventory policies
  • Pro-actively engaging key customers, in conjunction with the International Sales Organization, to maintain required knowledge of customer practices needs and strategies as they relate to forecasting and customer ordering processes
  • Leading our Logistics function within Europe to ensure support in on-time delivery and freight spend
  • Providing collaborative international forecast with objective risk analysis as well as area budget for each relevant financial cycle
  • Supporting our localized co-manufacturers and be their main point of contact
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in the FMCG space
  • Current APICS, Six Sigma, CSCMP, or equivalent and an understanding of supply chain best practices
  • A proven people leader track record and knows how to manage strong teams
  • A thorough knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of demand planning, supply planning, customer service and logistics
  • Proven experience in managing through influence, especially including those who are in different functional areas
  • Experience facilitating weekly status updates to executive management
  • Comfortability with ambiguity and creating processes where none currently exist
