Who You Are:

This role is a coordination and liaison position for sales between key cross functional groups – Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development.  This role will drive visibility, planning, follow-up and coordination of key needs and processes including – S&OP process conduit between sales and operations, inventory management allocation, trend analysis using internal and external data. You will analyze data, monitor business trends, and implement strategic action plans to ensure business success.

What You're Good At:

  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly generate and analyse business performance reports, identify critical insights, and proactively address risks and opportunities using customer data & internal data sets.
  • Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals, collaborating with sales team to create accurate shipment and inventory forecasts from customers.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency, including new business development trackers, customer onboarding and liaising with supply chain to ensure initial customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead monthly revenue forecasting with internal teams.
  • Annual Business Planning Process: Play a key lead role in the annual budget planning process.
  • Co-ordination of Promotional Planning: co-ordinate promotional plans across customers and channels.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in a commercial operations / sales role
  • Has solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Is a creative, out of the box thinker and has an ability to deal with multiple priorities at once
  • Works extremely well with others and is the best at developing strong relationships with our internal and external customers
