Who You Are:

As the Regional Manager, your role will be to drive the development and execution of commercial strategy for Nutrabolt brands in APAC/ASIA regions and will report directly to the Senior Director.

 

This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Representing Nutrabolt’ s category leading brands: C4 Energy, Cellucor & Xtend with international partners in ASIA/APAC regions.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing accounts, and identify new products to be introduced to markets
  • Understand P&L report and oversight with direct responsibility for top and bottom line deliverables set in annual planning process.
  • Dotted line communication with US HQ and collaboration with supply chain, demand planning, creative, events management, brand, product development, regulatory, legal and FP&A.
  • Execute annual customer planning to include budgeting, forecasting, consumption trends, trade spend & new product development.
  • Understand the full commercial value chain and present solutions to optimize brand and sub brand positioning as category leader and captain.
  • Present strong communication skills both written and verbal to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and report trends and insight back to business on a monthly regular cadence.
  • Solution driven with ability to foresee challenges/risk/opportunities in advance by escalating to leadership.
  • Sound understanding of the digital marketplaces and the full regional Omni Channel both online and offline across retailers as such: Lazada, Shopee, Tmall, 7Eleven, SM Hypermarket, Central, AEON, Guardian, Watsons.
  • Understand a variety of business structures as it relates to Joint Venture, Licensing, Buy/Sell importation.

In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

  • Delivering Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets
  • Deliver annual bottom line net profit targets
  • Forecasting accuracy >70% OTIF
  • Reporting monthly consumption trends and data with the use of excel and powerpoint
  • Cradle to Grave country specific product life cycle with seamless and profitable product transition
  • Oversee product registrations for each regions
  • Secure expanded depth of door distribution and improve velocity change on key product segments

What You Contribute: 

  • BA of Commerce, Marketing and/or International Sales
  • A minimum of +5 years sales and international account management experience outside of North America
  • Experience in the Sports Supplement, Vitamin and Natural Product industry is preferred
  • Has a strong ability to analyze data such as forecasts, sales trends, out of stocks, and seasonality trends
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Environment: Home Office Based,  1-2 annual trips to APAC/ASIA regions and 1-2 annual trips to Austin Texas (if not local to Austin).
