Who You Are:     

As Nutrabolt's Commercial Accounting Intern you will engage in process improvement and aggregation around team deliverables, develop an understanding of the daily and month end cash process, assist the business with cash forecasting and ROI, coordinate on accounting processes, and generate daily cash reporting.

Work Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week. Schedule to be determined with the Manager. 

What You're Good At:

• Collaborating with the treasury team and providing valuable support through fresh insights
• Supporting the accuracy of the general ledger - including improving the AR/AP coding process and reconciling monthly cash
• Daily cash reporting and posting
• Monthly reconciliations
• Collaborate with the accounting team on correct cash posting
• Work with AR/AP on unapplied cash
• Manage the cash forecast

What You Contribute: 

• Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• Moderate to strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and eagerness to learn
