
Commerical Optimization Specialist, Beverage

Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Commercial Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Supply, and Customer Operations, to optimize processes and procedures. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with external distributor partners (DPs) to provide support, monitor ordering, and assist with new item setups.
What You're Good At:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external DPs
- Maintain various documents including weekly newsletters, promo calendars, distributor promo decks, inventory reports, and order trackers
- Monitor Nutrabolt inventory by reviewing on-hand inventory and demand needs with the Supply and Demand teams
- Be a key part of new item launches by providing timelines and set-up information with internal teams and external DPs
- On the contrary, ensure internal teams and DPs are aware of discontinued products
- Partner with Customer Ops and Sales to provide exceptional service to our DPs, while monitoring DP orders and looking for upsell opportunities
- Spearhead ad-hoc projects, as needed
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with DPs
- Ensuring DP's are aware of new product launches.
- Monitoring DP inventory and generating upsell opportunities.
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2-3 years customer facing, or customer service role, preferred
- Microsoft Office sufficiency
- Robust rapport skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the CPG or Beverage industry is a plus!
